The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our web site mason-editions.com.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products: indeed, by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The products purchased on mason-editions.com are directly sold by Mason Editions S.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as the “Vendor” or “We” or “Us”).

Mason Editions has its registered office in Castelfranco Veneto, Treviso (31033 –Italy), Via per Salvatronda 17/A, number of registration at Treviso Register of Companies and VAT number IT04954860260.

Products specifications

All the goods are clearly described with photos and specific dimensions on each product page of our site. We invite every customer to carefully check every information for a correct and safe choice of the article. We work carefully to make the best photos available to the client, but please be aware that sometimes the colours may be slightly different on screen compared to reality.

Most of the products are in stock and available in our warehouse, others will be specifically produced. The production times of each item are indicated in the product page.

Orders and payments conditions

Orders may be placed by you either as a registered user, that has created an account before placing the order, or as a guest user. The creation of a registered user account will enable you to place future orders by logging into the Site without any need for you to provide your details each time you place a new order. The processing of the data in either the case of creation of a registered user account or of purchases made as a guest user is governed by our privacy policy and where appropriate subject to your consent to the processing of data for certain specifically identified purposes.

We accept credit card and bank transfer payments. In case of direct bank transfer, the bank details and references will be communicated to you with the order confirmation.

As soon as you place an order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with the details of the order and payment. In case of direct bank transfer, please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

All prices are in Euro and include Italian VAT but do not include shipping costs.

Warranty of conformity on products

All Products purchased on the Site are covered by a statutory warranty of conformity of 24 months from the date of delivery pursuant to Articles 128 and ff. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The exercise of your rights in case of lack of conformity, is subject to a limitation period of 26 months from the date of delivery. Failing such exercise, you will no longer be entitled to the applicable remedies.

Returns and refunds

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can safely return it within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. We do not charge any restocking fees.
The return process is straightforward: just contact the customerservice@mason-editions.com team and they will guide and assist you step by step. Once the return process has been explained, you will have to contact the courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning. 
Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you. You can ship the product back in its original packaging, with a courier of your choice. The return shipping and import duties back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer.

Once the products reach our warehouse and are confirmed to be in the same state they were initially shipped, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. 

The complaints must be forward before the installation of the products; moreover, theirs installation excludes the possibility of any disputes or any complaints. This warranty does not allow the customer to demand any compensation from the supplier for damages, direct or indirect, of any nature.

Whatever it is the product you have purchased, we want you to provide you the best service. All our products are insured. The “standard shipping” (as reported in our shipping services page) is always on the street level and the order always travel covered by insurance.

The goods can be delivered to any address specifying the complete data at the time of ordering. The owner does not assumes responsibility for the delay or non-delivery of the goods due to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevented, in whole or in part, to execute within the times agreed upon in the contract. The Owner will not be liable to any party or third parties regarding damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of failure to execute the contract for the reasons mentioned above, having the user entitled only to return the price eventually paid.

The user is responsible for the integrity of the product as long as the same asset is in its possession and must take all appropriate measures to preserve the product and do everything possible to ensure that the product is returned in the best possible conditions, including the original packaging not damaged, instruction manuals, accessories, any separate items and any other components. The product must not have been subjected to manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

The owner will not consider refund requests in the event that the returned product is malfunctioning due to improper use, negligence, damage or physical, aesthetic or superficial alterations, tampering or improper maintenance or wear and tear.
