If the product purchased is available, deliveries take place all over the world in 4-5 business days, during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If the product purchased is not available, the delivery time has to take into account the production time, which is estimated at about 20-30 days. The courier will attempt to deliver to the address indicated at the time of the order, and if it is not received, the package will be delivered to the nearest Access Point. All orders are processed automatically and we are not able to change the shipping and delivery times.
