Mason Editions at Casa Décor Madrid:
Lotus Lamps Illuminate the Space by Raúl Martins Estudio

Casa Decor 2021
Plaza de Canalejas 3, Madrid
From May 13 to Jun 27

The signature design by Mason Editions crosses borders and arrives in Madrid for the prestigious Casa Décor. The renowned Spanish exhibition dedicated to excellence in interior design, architecture, and art featured our brand as a key protagonist in one of the edition’s most exclusive spaces, thanks to a remarkable international collaboration.

Providing the perfect stage for our creations was the setting curated by the renowned Raúl Martins Estudio. The acclaimed Madrid-based interior designer — recognized by AD as one of the top 100 European interior architects — selected the geometric elegance and luminous poetry of Mason Editions to enrich his exhibition project.

The Ethereal Elegance of Lotus Meets Raúl Martins’ Vision

The luminous heart of the space was entrusted to the Lotus table lamps, one of Mason Editions’ iconic collections designed by Serena Confalonieri.

Inspired by the purity and grace of the lotus flower, featuring three blown glass petals unfolding gracefully over a conical metal stem, the Lotus lamp blended seamlessly with Raúl Martins’ stylistic signature. Celebrated for his ability to craft warm, cultured, and timeless atmospheres, the designer integrated Lotus into a visual journey defined by sophisticated tones, organic textures, and a masterful balance between historical heritage and contemporaneity.

Through the colored glass and refined metal finishes of Lotus, the light diffused softly into the space, enhancing the three-dimensionality of the furnishings and creating that ambiance of “whispered luxury” and well-being that has always defined the Total Look philosophy of Mason Editions.

A Strategic Step on the International Stage

The participation in Casa Décor, alongside a prominent figure like Raúl Martins, marks a key milestone in Mason Editions’ journey toward international expansion. It serves as an opportunity to reaffirm the value of Made in Italy — understood not only as craftsmanship and attention to detail but also as a contemporary vision capable of engaging with the highest standards of global design and collectorship.
